Carnlea is situated in a relaxing location with outstanding views over the surrounding Esk Valley hills, only a few minutes from the centre of Langholm.  We are an ideal starting point for walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists, bird watchers, shooters, golfers and wildlife enthusiasts.
 

Langholm is situated amidst the beautiful Esk Valley which lies on the historic route to the Scottish borders and is conveniently located for visiting the Borders, Solway Coast and Carlisle.  Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily accessible as are Hadrian's Wall and the North Lakes.
